MakeWork is… an arts grant program offering $150,000 in grants to artists and artisans within a 50-mile radius of Chattanooga. MakeWork grants are available to fund studio assistance, career advancement tools, and specific project needs. By stimulating our city’s creativity economy, MakeWork grants empower artists and artisans with the tools necessary to succeed and grow. Grant applications are available for download below and are due on March 31, 2008. An informational meeting with details about MakeWork grants will be held February 11th from 2:00 - 4:00 pm at the CreateHere studio. ***
